I went in to the Telkom Mobile store at Northgate to get information about my current package. The store manager, Steven was totally unhelpful and couldn't give me enough excuses to leave the store. He said that I must go to the store that I upgraded my contract at (ie Clearwater Telkom Mobile) because they had all my paperwork (?!), that each store has its own deals(?!) and that it would be "better" to go to the Clearwater store.
Upon questioning him about these obvious /misinformation, he was adamant that it would be better for me. I got the impression that he just didn't care about customer service and just didn't want to do his job.
Suffice to say, I walked out and went to the Clearwater store this morning and was helped.
