Shocking service!!! MTN Cosmo-Net

I took a Blackerry 9300 on Contract at MTN on 30/06/2011. On the 18/05/12 the phone was giving problems so I sent it for repairs, when the repair came back I took it not knowing it was a refurbished phone which worked for a while an then it broke again.
On the 27/11/2012 I sent the phone back for repair with the same faults and after nearly TWO months I get the same phone back. MTN repaired a refurbished phone again after telling them I don't want a refurbished phone which was someone else problem in the first place
MTN Clearwater mall Cosmo Net service is shocking.
It's was the worst experience I have ever had, from there manager Paul and MTN staff to their area Manager Matthew from Cosmo-Net their service is pathetic. No one calls you, follows up with the customer, I had to follow the whole time and giving the run around the whole time, if this is what MTN calls customer service then I am ashamed to be a customer of theirs.
I have 4 contacts with MTN including my business contract and if MTN thinks they can give customers refurbished phones when it breaks under warranty then people should be made aware so we don't take contracts or phones from them.
