Poor customer service and bad attitude

I recently opened a new cellphone contract with eita telkom mobile in port elizabeth. The gentleman who assisted me did not explain any charges and evan said to me that he really needs my sale. He gave me the box with the phone and the manager rang everything up on the register. A few weeks later i received an invoice that was more than double to what i agreed. I almost fell on my back.!!! I contacted customer care days after and queried the invoice and to this day havent received any response!!! I myself had to phone in 24-05 to customer care and insist on speaking to a manager.i was shunt around from one person to another and a guy from customer care names sheldon evan said to me, "'i have to go into the branch because he cannot take a driver to the branches door"". I was appaulled at the service i received!!! When is it okay to speak to clients that way!! I have still not received any response and do not recommend anyone use Eita telkom network.they are a bunch of unprofessional rude sarcastic consultants who have know absolutely nothing about phone ettiquette or proffesionalism. I regret ever walking into the store.
