SIM SWAP NOT AUTH AND MONEY TAKEN FROM CELL PHONE

30.08.2013 I received a call from Cole Modise @ 13:50 stating that he accidently used my number for a sim swap as the last digits were similar to the person who wanted it but it wont go through, he got cut off and called me again apologising and confirming it was his mistake. A few hours later my phone was off. Sim completely off. I called Vodacom from my work phone at 16:50 and Thakane said it was processed and that I should do a sim swap, I was very unhappy and she apologised and said that once I do it all will be back to normal. I rushed to PNP Little Falls and got a new sim (so much inconvenience) as my phone completely off, have no means of contacting no one and had to do a run around to get this sorted. At 6:45 I spoke to Robert who confirmed that they reprocessed my number back and after 3 hours all will be back to normal. At 9:45 all was on my airtime went from R24.00 to R9.00 after confirmation with Robert and R500.00 was taken via my cellphone banking for airtime. I spoke to Sibusiso at 10:15 who ENSURED me all will be sorted within 48hrs. Nothing is sorted... to be continued.
