New 8ta/Telkom Customer bad experience since day1

I am a new 8taTelkom Customer and the service i have received thus far is unacceptable as I left the comfort of my previous communication service provider looking for a better deal. Telkom Mobile looked promising, I took out a contract with use and the headset was an out of box failure so i returned it and was issued with a new headset two days ago the phone just stopped working i took it in and was told it has to be taken away for repairs and this process will take up to 3weeks, bare in mind that the 1st debit hasn't evens gone off yet. And it was a nightmare with delivery of my headset with endless emails and follow up calls, i am so disappointed with the service and how this issue was handled
