Well on the 4/09/2013 i had about R48.00 air time in my account and around 5pm that day when i noticed it was R0.40 without me having to call or internet or subscription that i might have. Then i called customer care line spoke a lady from data department she was very helpful even log a request for me, but said someone will get back to me in 24 hours, well has passed no one has got back to me, i even called the customer care line and i was on hold for an 1h i even disconnected, such an inconvenience cause now im in need of my air time family matter's but nothing. I'm so disappointed now all i want is my air back to me.
