I went into the Telkom branch at the Cresta mall in Randburg on the 11/09/2013 to cancel my line I was told I can call the customer care centre from the line available after speaking to a consultant he advised that his system was slow and he took my details and advised that he would call back to confirm everything he did not call back, I called into the customer care centre from my cellphone on the 18/09/2013 after being on hold for 30 min with my airtime I got through to a consultant who assisted me to cancel my line however she kept me on hold for 15min stating her system was slow when my airtime was about to run out I aske if she could call me back and she advised that she would sms my reference number as that was all I needed it is now 2 days later and I still have received no confirmation that my request has been processed I dont even have a reference number to check up on it 2 consultants were supposed to give me feedback and have not done so I called in this morning and was kept on hold for 30 min this is so ridiculous I would like feedback now!!!
