I AM REAL DISAPOINTED ON YOU GUYS TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THAT I HAVE BEEN YOUR LOYAL CLIENT FOR THE PAST 4YRS AND THIS IS THE KIND OF PATHETIC SERVICE I AM RECEIVING?

I LODGED A COMPLAIN YESTERDAY REGARDING MY ACCOUNT THAT YOU GUYS ARE ABUSING, YOU WENT INSIDE MY ACCOUNT AND DEBITED MORE MONEY AND AFTER THAT I PHONE A LADY BY THE NAME OF ZANELE TSHABALALA AND SHE TOLD ME THAT SOME FROM THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT WILL CALL ME ON MONDAY AND TODAY ITS THURSDAY, GUYS THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE, I GOT AN SMS LAST NIGHT THAT YOU GUYS WILL DEBIT ME R3700 CAUSE I OWE YOU THAT MONEY LIKE . AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I DONT OWE YOU ANYTHING MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE.

NO ONE IS BOTHERING TO CONTACT ME, EVEN WHEN I COMPLAINED ON PETER YESTERDAY YOU STILL HAVENT CONTACTED ME TO SORT THIS RUBISH CAUSE YOU DONT CARE AND YOU ARE USED TO GETTING COMPLAINS.

I WISH PEOPLE CAN RECOGNISE HOW REDICOLOUS YOU SERVICE IS AND STAY AWAY FROM YOU. CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME PLEASE.
