I called the customer service line several times and had been put on hold for hours.
After wasting hours waiting to speak to a consultant I resorted to sending an e-mail.
I send an e-mail cancelling my service with Netstar on 24 January 2014, and only received feedback on 31 January 2014.
I then tried calling the customer service department, and waited for at least 30 minutes and eventually had to cut the call.
So I decided to call the telesales department. Ironically within 1 minute a consultant picked up the phone.
My advice to consumers with customer care queries, is not to waste your time calling the customer care line as you will never get hold of a consultant.
Rather call the telesales department, and speak to a consultant.
Hopefully this will flood their telesales department and affect their sales as people won't wait hours to sign up a contract, and cause them to put more resources into their customer care service.
