EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a billing query and called the customer care line. They have billed me for data when there was a roll over of data for the same month. They said I will receive the outcome of the investigation in 24-48 hours - have not heard anything yet. I took my Z10 for repairs and it was returned with the same problem and to sort it I have to go to a customer care centre in Menlyn, Pretoria which is way out of my area - they do not have a problem dishing out contracts at vodacom outlets but reapairing their inferior quality phones is made inconvenient in the hope that you would be deterred from repairing (well at least i think so from the inconvenience caused by this). It is also the same phone that I was complaining about in all my reports to Hello Peter which NEVER got sorted out anyway. I have already cancelled one contract with Vodacom, thinking of doing the same with the remaining three that I have as CUSTOMER CARE IS PATHETIC AT VODACOM - It seems like they believe that they not worth anybody's business so why support them?
