Bad customer service and unfair billing

I called in to the vodacom customer care quering about my airtime as it was it was deducted and i needed to know why and the consultant that i spoke to told me that it was deducted by the internet then i explained to her that my phone does not use internet because im using a Samsung E1105 and she told me that on her side it shows that im using a Sonny Erricson X10 and i explained to her that the last time i used that phone was3-4 months ago then she said she was going to log a request to her technicions for me and the line got disconnected and she called me back with a different story now saying samsung E1105 is unternet capable there for she can no log a request or assist me in anyway and she hang up. I called back and i spoke to another consultant which told me a different story saying my airtime was deducted by cellphone banking and i explaind to her that the cellphone banking string*120*2345# is a free service when ur using a student arciever account and she tranfered me to her superviSor NOMPUMELELO BLOEM who said i must go to the vodacom webside to look for my statement and she cut the call. which shows that i spoke to 3 different consultats and sis not get help even now.
