It's hardly a month since i joined telkom service but already i want no mre of their services. firstly i had problem in applying for my adsl service, cause they telling different explaination that the is adsl network at my area and the other says the is not. i decided to go to maponya to ferch it and do self installation i get a huge statement of almost r815 to be paid, called them and was told i was billed for installation, i told them i did my on installation.after a week i receive sms to say it has been completed, when i called the rep (Dinny) tells me it was reject and don't know the reason, requested to speak to a sup and rep dropped a phone on me, when i called again they said the is no record of that rep, spoke to rep (Marlicious Molokomme) i requested for a supervisor. i spoke to (Mpho Nkgoedi) said she's the sup on 10 sep 2013 at about 8:59and she promise to give me a call same day but i was never called. i called again spoke Florence lamula on 11 September 2013 requested to cancel my internet service and now i'm told it should be 1 month notice for what cause i'm not getting any service from them. i told her that it's so slow, i need this matter attended to, please tanx
