Horrific service and bad attitude

I went to Vodacom Data Store in Sandton City to get a new contract. I was "helped" by Sebastian. I told him the phone I want and he said there is stock in black and I have to complete the forms etc. After completing the forms he advised the store was offline. I decided that even though he let me complete the forms knowing he can't process the contract because the Vodacom DATA store was offline that I would come back when it's been processed.

The next day I get a sms from Vodacom saying the contract was approved. I received the voice message Sebastian left that said the contract was approved. I get to the Vodacom DATA store in Sandton City and Sebastian presents me with a different phone and asked if I am interested in that instead and I said no I want the phone I asked for. Sebastian tells us that there is NO STOCK and that we should have called him back to let him know we were coming.

I can't express enough how ridiculous the whole scenario is and he never once accepted that he was at fault and made out that it was my responsibility to have called him back even after he told me they had stock when we applied for the contract.
