Pathetic Vodacom Insurance Call Centre

My phone was recently. I made sure when taking out the phone that I took out insurance because, of course, phones are on a large scale in this country. When I got through to a consultant of Vodacom insurance, I received the absolute bare minimum of service. The consultant, Jackie Ntebe, refused to help me with my claim because I did not have the particulars of the person who's car it was out of. When I asked to speak to a manager she refused to put me through saying that it would be a waste of time because the manager would only agree with her and not me. So I had to phone back to get hold of the manager and then guess what, my claim was approved. Thank you, Ms Ntebe, for making me feel like a victim of towards white people. The manager that did eventually help was white and I am white, is that why I got my claim approved?
