FED-UP!!!

I have phoned a week ago to do an upgrade on my phone, since then no bbm's or whatssup messages gets received/sent? I tried to get hold of her for 2 days to find out if my contract has been approved or not. She told me that credit department must verify the details with me/she will contact me. When I eventually got hold of her she had a different story/ She phoned me to confirm that I've received the phone, which I'm still waiting for. She was going to phone me back immediately once she found out what was going on, but once again I had to do the calling 2 hours later?! She then said that the curries will phone me the same day to make arrangements for delivery, but nothing happened. Today once again I could not get hold of her, and all you get out of the consultants is it takes 5-7 working days!!! Then why say they'll call you!!! I cant get my old phone's apps to work and get through to no one!!! Should I see an attorney and cancel these contracts with immediate effect? you always get 20 different stories from each consultant?! Don't they know whats going on within their own offices?!!! I can't believe this shocking service!!! Can someone tell me what is really going on?!!
