I received a phonecall from Cell C in October, offering a contract which I decided to accept. The contract was concluded and approved etc. On the 31st of October I sent my banking details to finalise the debit order and I was told that the phone would be delivered within 7 days. I phoned to confirm the delivery and they told me that the contract was only JUST approved (this was 7 days after it was actually approved). They told me the courier will collect the phone the following day. I phoned again and nobody could assist with any feedback re the phones. After about 8 calls I went into the local Cell C twice to follow up as I was thinking that it might have been a. I couldnt believe that nobody could assist telephonically and nobody responded to my emails. Then I received a call on the 5th of December from the courier company to say that the phone will be delivered the next day. I was unfortunately out of town and said that I would phone them back the next day to arrange a time. The next day when I phoned they said the phone was sent back to Cell C but they will get Cell C to confirm within 7days... I am still waiting. More than 6 weeks later - no phone. Shocking service.
