Cell C wants to blame the dongle for their internet problems, you have to upgrade your software for the dongle and it is supposed to clear all your internet problems, While busy with this complain I was put of the internet net and type everything over again, that is what I have to put up with every day. Cell C knows they are overloaded, but wont give in and talk the truth. This is a strange thing, when I put my vodacom sim in their dongle, from my cell phone, that same dongle works 100%, so Cell C what is your excuse this time. I would like a refund so I can take my money and use it to get real internet service.
