Really???

I wanted to upgrade my phone and used the internet service. I was promised a 5 -7 day delivery. 15 days later and having spent the day waiting for the phone, I phoned to cancel the contract. I have been on hold for 10 minutes already.

Different stories, many excuses and NO DELIVERY or customer satisfaction.

Will be looking for a new contract!
