Vodacom refuses to remove default

I missed a few payments over a year ago and got my contract in areas however Vodacom requested me to pay around R1000 odd to reactivate the contract, which I did and signed and fax through all the relevant documents to get the contract reactivated - The poor service I received from the Vodacom contract dept was terrible as they failed to process my application timeously - I was more than willing to settle my debt and get the contract back up but they kept wasting my time, They further handed me over to lawyers! simply because i sent through a prepaid sim with the reactivation documents which couldn't be used for a contract! even though I faxed all the documents and paid the reactivation fee!

Eventually when the lawyers contacted me I got so tired of Vodacom that I just paid off the contract in full and parted ways. Upon checking my credit record I saw a default on my name so I contacted Vodacom to remove this default since everything is fully paid up but its been a year of frustration now with no much success!

Vodacom i paid you in full and corporated with the lawyers fully, so why are you making life difficult for me?
