I have been a vodacom customer from 1999 whan I had my first phone in varsity and have been a loyal customer since. I requested a phone contract early this month and I was not given one because they say I didn't qualify. with a salary of R20k and expense fof R7k who would not qualify for a R300 prepaid contract? when I checked my ITC I saw that a credit check was not even done. I was then told I must submit my documents including back statements to have my application relooked at. I was only given a choice between 2 phones I didn't like and a contract of R100. I was really frustrated coz my phone was giving me problems and I needed a new phone alsomst emmediately. i then called cell c who approved my application and gave me the phone I wanted for R280 pm. I ported my number to them. I got better treatment from cell c and I think I deserved it from you. Now I have lost my vodamail account which I didn't think about and it has a lot of important information I need to follow up on and your customer service department can't help me retrieve it. only now you're calling me to give me the contract option I wanted. Gees, what awesome service
