MobiMoola contacted me a while ago and explained how their service works. They took my banking details and said I would receive an SMS with details on how to withdraw the money from an ABSA atm within 48hours. Last week, I received 6 debits from Mobi Moola, One for R150, one for R99 and 4 others for R115. Each time you call their call centre you hold for 30 mins then it just cuts. I have since sent them 2 emails on different occasions and I haven't received any response. I have spent all morning trying to get through. Please can someone help, these people must be doing this to a lot of people and they need to be stopped!
This sort of service is totally shocking and needs to be sorted out with immediate effect.
