Missing person - Vodacom too busy making money

This is a post I put on Vodacom's Facebook page with response:

Disgusted by Vodacom:

One of my staff members disappeared on Tuesday last week and has not been heard from since.

His wife, who also works for me is worried sick.

His phone was still ringing the day after he disappeared, but was off the day after that.

I contacted Vodacom to see if they could help - they told me the police had to contact them.

When the police contacted Vodacom to ask if they would trace his cell phone to see where it was last used, here was their reply:

Ok, we can do it, but it will take 2-3 weeks!

Is this some sort of joke or does Vodacom just not care about this sort of situation?

Vodacom's response:

Hi Andrew

In a missing persons case you would need to report it to your local police. Vodacom is a telecommunications company and these types of queries are only handled by the police.

Regards AA

My response:

Clearly you didn't read the whole of my comment - Try again... It has been reported to the police... Was it too tiring to read all the way to the end?

And yes, I know exactly what kind of company Vodacom is... You have made that abundantly clear with your reply...
