Two cellphone numbers were opened in my name, I reported the case to mtn telephonically and to police. however MTN continues to debit my account for the contract even though they say the number is blocked and is under investigation.
im paying for phones i do not have and airtime i am not using and feel like mtn is very unsympathetic in this regard. i have paid a total of over 1500 rand - its getting a bit rediculous. There has been no correspondence as to when i will recieve the refund or if the future debit orders have been succesfully cancelled.
as a result i have no faith in getting a contract or having purchase with mtn in the future, and just actucally feel hurt by the whole situation.
please help.
