Continuous unauthorised debit orders

This company continues to debit a fee of R99 every month whereby their product does not work. I already reported an incident with this company whereby they had to refund me R250 twice! I cancelled my service with them and they are still debiting my account, despite of the fact that I have also stopped the debit orders from my bank account with them! What is going on here? What they are doing is illeagal!!
