Mtn

MTN is debiting my account for a contract that i did not agree for on the 20 May 2013 .
and when i phoned mtn they say i have two cellphone contracts- however i have never received these phones.
In order to get a refund: i will have to send in a statement and it will be investigated for 6-8weeks. I feel this time frame is far to long for investigation. how can they not know via computer on where phones were delivered ect.
Am going to submit a case of.
very dissapointed.
