Cell C
Debit order problem

I have taken a 2 gig data bundle contract for R99/ month debit order, but the debit orders are not going off and i was promised In tygervalley store that it will in future, but it is still not going off. Cell C has stopped my access to the data bundle, because i have not paid, but I feel Cell C must make sure the debit order goes off on time on their side, not me

I am very upset because of this, and i feel it is very unfair that i have to loose my connection due to Cell C's issues with the debit orders.
