DEBIT ORDERS AFTER CONTRACT FINISHED

I had a autopage contract which ended about 18months ago.

since the end of the contract they've continued to debit my account with R8.99.

i changed banks, autopage continued to try and debit the old bank account and now im being penalised by the bank @ R120/rejected debit order.

i phoned in december to stop them from debiting my account, a call was logged with their technical department but no one phoned me back, the person i spoke to said they will have to refund me.

january they tried to debit twice, february as well. thats another R480 in penalties.

the bank (Nedbank) doesnt want to close the account becuase of the outstanding penalty fees as a result of autopgae trying to debit the account.

i dont want to pay it because i feel its not my fault, i might be handed over to ITC because of this.

please stop trying to debit a dorment account.
