Very bad service on repairing and on billing

When i first applied for the phone i waited 3 weeks to receive my phone, then when i do i check charged a huge amount on my bill, two weeks later my phone broke so i took it in for repairs and waited another month only for my phone to come back not repaired, then i paid my normal monthly amount for the contract but after paying in two days the phone gets soft locked but i paid!!! then this morning the same thing happened, i paid for the phone a week ago and now this morning they soft locked it again, i cannot continue like this i use my phone for work, this is terrible! what am i to do with such bad service.if only receive the worst service and now i got a broken phone that i cant use that im paying for, the branch no is 031 402 1191
