When I signed up with CellC, I requested that I receive my statements electronically. When money was first deducted from my account, I had not received a statement. I phoned the call centre and requested they rectify this.
Then next month I get money deducted from my account (still no statement) again I phone the call centre. A few days later I get a call from one of the call centre personnel, whom confirm all my personal details before they say they will continue with the call. I don't understand this as they have called me. Anyway, I am told they have rectified the problem.
Come the end of August, money is deducted and still no statement.
