On 24th of July I called in to Telkom to move my line From my old address to a new Address, I have moved out of town on to a farm... When finally getting through to the call centre 25 minutes later, I gave the lady my new address for my line to be moved to... She tried to find the address on the computer But was unable to locate it... To cut a long story short, Six very long calls later, I was told to cancel my ADSL contract, I have Now done so due to the lack of infastructure on the farm... Telkom has no lines here!!?
Now I'm told ill have to pay the remander of the ADSL contract!! I refuse to pay for something I do not have and for a service Telkom cannot provide... If I get blacklisted I will take LEGAL ACTION against Telkom
