Poor servive delivery

I sent my phone N8 for repairs via Newcastle CellC branch. I waited for a month without response and i then decided to call the company to know exactly what was happening and why they took so long. The response was very disheartening and i did not get an explaination as to why it was not repairerd except for the BER on the package. I phoned repairs again today (04/09/2013) and requested to speak to Denver who did not pick the phone until the voice on the machine asked to rate and hung up.i was very angry and diss pointed at the same time because of very low level of professionasm and the lack of proper communicating skills. Up to now idon't know about the way forward since everybody avoid me or my calls. I am in dire need of the phone since it is the tool i use to communicate with clients. I am currently failling to execute my duties properly. Please help.
