It is no another 3 (9days since my first complaint) days later and still no new word from CellC. in the mean time I can not communicate with anyone. last night my security alarm went off and the armed response could not get a hold of us because of poor cell reception. 5 min later the armed response was in my backyard looking for a burglar. Can you please please make a plan CellC!!! Everyone in complex has CellC reception problems!!!

I recently moved into my new house in Pinehurst, Durbanville. Before we move I went to the Cell C website to check how the network coverage and according to the site, I would have no problems with voice or data. At best i get 2 bars in the house and most of the time i have to phone the same person 2 or 3 times as the calls drop for no reason, the best reception i get is when i stand on my driveway, and that is shaky at best, a lot of the call is spend on asking if the other person is still there. when i am in the house i get basically no reception. people phone me and the call goes to voice mail, then hours later i will only get the message, so not even sms works properly. i only have data reception in my en-suit.
