Hi
My phone went in for repairs through cell cover on 22/4/2013, up to date no response, it was stated that my handset would be replaced, up to date I have had no response as to the progress etc. Have tried to phone but hold on forever and being transferred everywhere but correct department that can tell me where is my handset and what's happening to my Samsung SIII. Please respond, my previous complaints about my sim not being registered was also not dealt with, I had to eventually figure it out myself by replacing a loan phone.
Poor poor service.
