I recently... wait lets rephrase that... more than two months ago I sent my cell phone in for repairs and its still in for repairs. The person who took in the phone ensured me that the ETA will not more than 5 weeks. I initially took in the phone as it was not connecting to the network. I was then advised to do Sim swap.. I paid the R140 and waited longer than prescribed time of 24hr as advised by the assistant..and yet it was doing the same. I then brought back the phone and they then advised it be taken in for repairs... The phone also went in for repairs before and they apparently replaced it with a new phone .. when the assistant removed the battery it showed refurbished. (New phone I don`t think so).

I now had to purchase a phone in the interim as my wife uses the number every day. This is the last straw .. I will never renew my contract with this company ever... There`s no proper communication in order to keep me as a customer... No calls to say how far long the phone is... Bad customer service and advise!!!
