Hello Peter

I have a history with Virgin Mobile, a couple of years ago (3) I had a contract that I paid up & closed, the branch in Musica Kolonade helped me to get a quote & assisted me in getting all done and closed. From the day I signed the contract until I decided to close it its been trouble. A year after I closed my account I received a letter from them stating I still owe them money, I then send the proof of payments with a lot of other required docs to them, then they responded sorry for the inconvience it was a fault on their side, 6months after that the same letter came and I had to go through it once again, and again the problem was solved, now 2years later I go to my bank and they went and put me onto ITC because I still once again owe them... this is becoming a habbit of them! If you phone them they get and tell you off stating ts their way and that's that, even they electronic voice they playing is telling you its useless to argue and like that. Nobody really wants to help! I spend today more than an hour on my cell trying to get to a "team leader" tha has no people skills and are rude! & once again have to send all 2 them...
This is not on!
