Ayoba Loans ask for a lot of upfront money if you want to take out a loan, which is against the law. My sister had a heart attack after they said they wouldn't release the money unless she paid the Reserve Bank tax of R1200 to secure the R20000 loan. Apparently, this is now a legal requirement for loans of R20000 or more - they need to pay tax on it.
