CLOSED ACCOUNT OVERCHARGED

MY NAME IS SESIE ELIZABETH SIBEKO, I HAD A CELLPHONE CONTACT WITH VIRGIN MOBILE, OF WHICH THE CONTRACT WAS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DURING MARCH MONTH 2013, DUE TO PAYMENTS THAT WERE NOT RECEIVED. I RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT I MUST PAY R1326, OF WHICH I MANAGED TO PAY R663, ON THE 8TH OF NOVEMBER AND I PAID THE LAST PAYMENT OF R884 ON THE 25 TH OF NOVEMBER, ON THE 6TH DECEMBER I SEND AN EMAIL TO CHRIS BARNARD REQUESTING VIRGIN MOBILE TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT CAUSE IT WAS DUE IN NOVEMBER, I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE WHETHER HE RECEIVED IT OR NOT, ON THE 17 TH JANUARY I RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT THE INSURANCE IS TERMINATED ALSO, THAT WAS OUR AGREEMENT AS DISCUSSED, TO MY SURPRSE I RECEIVED A CALL FROM VIRGIN TELLING ME THAT I OWE THEM ANOTHER AMOUNT OF R560.00, THEY ALSO TELL ME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, HOW CAN I OWE THEM IF THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED.

THIS IS A BAD WAY OF SELLING THINGS TO PEOPLE, THE WAS NO CONTRACT SEND TO ME BY VIRGIN.
I DO NOT KNOW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT
THEY ARE NOW ME OF THE MONEY I DONT HAVE.
WERE IS JUSTICE IN THIS, HOW CAN A CLOSED ACCOUNT ACCUMULATE MONEY OR INTEREST
IT WAS CLOSED WAY BACK IN MARCH.
