DEBITING FROM ACCOUNT BEFORE AGREED DATE!!!

I am furious with Virgin mobile SA! Every year in December i have to phone virgin mobile and literally beg them not to debit my bank account before the 31st of Dec. And every year they send an sms stating monies will be debited on the 20th of Dec fir the festive season! This is outrageous as I only get my salary the last day of every month EVEN IN DECEMBER!!! I have signed a CONTRACT with them for the first of every month of the year! Yet they still manage to put my banc acc in the RED every December and then when you phone the call centre the people are rude and unhelpful! This is MY hard earned money that they are playing with then on top of it all I'm paying a R150 penalty for the returned Debit order! I DO NOT WORK FOR A PRIVATE COMPANY I AM A GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE WHICH MEANS I ONLY GET MY SALARY ON THE LAST DAY OF EVERY MONTH!!! This is purely unacceptable as i signed a contract with them stating this. On top of it all i ask them to put a limit on my air time and they tell me they cant and that i must be DISCIPLINED! what a cheek! Virgin mobile customer service is pathetic! Completely disgusted and Fed up
