On the 25th of December 2024, I purchased free spins for R300, but I did not receive the spins even though the money was deducted from my balance. I immediately went on the live chat and spoke to a consultant who completely disregarded my complaint and ended the chat before a resolution was reached. I spoke to two more consultants, who gave me request numbers that were not traceable for follow-up. Every time I spoke to a consultant, I was told the matter is being "escalated"—the magic word at Hollywoodbets. However, each time I went on the live chat for a follow-up, I would be told that the request number couldn't be followed and that I must provide further details so that my matter can be "escalated." I have since sent numerous emails with no response to this day.
