Account closed and still being billed

I had a cellphone contract with Virgin Mobile. There was still 2 months to pay before i immigrated to Scotland, i had them invoice me the total amount, which i paid on the 30th of May 2013. Two days later i left the country.
I have now been told by my father in law that i am still receiving a letter every month with my outstanding balance (which is increasing). This was paid off in May and emailed to Chris Barnard, which he now tells me he never received. SO i then paid standard bank to look into my closed account and track my final payment to Virgin mobile. They traced the payment and sent it to me, which i then forwarded to: Cancel, and requested that they send me a letter stating that the matter is now closed. I received no response, it is now a month later and i have been billed again with interest for an account that i am not using and as far as i am concerned i paid off months ago. This was just the icing on the cake after a year of shocking customer service and a phone that lasted 4 months. I would like an email address of someone i can send the chain of emails to as well as my statement from standard bank showing my final payment to the them.
