Account paid up but still not been closed

I have closed my account in June 2013 already. I have send a mail to the Head Office stating that they should make sure to cancel everything on this account... booklets and cell phone charge. I have received a mail saying that my account was closed. Then I started getting calls from attorneys saying that I owe R120.00 odd rand. This money went through my account after it was closed. I then again send a mail to their customer services. A mail was send to a Tracey-Lynn Vambo telling her to reverse and close the account. Now after all this time, the R120.00 still show outstanding, and the account is still not closed. We are in the process of buying a house, and I urgently need a letter stating that this matter has been resolved. What else do we need to do to get this closed?
