When the going gets tough, Vodacom get going!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Vodacom since the 10th of Jan when I booked my handset in for a cracked screen. Since about a year ago when I got the Blackberry phone I have had to take the handset in several times for software upgrades because of its constant freezing. The last incident is when the handset fell causing the screen to crack. I took the phone in and had to fight to get a load phone! After a long time waiting (almost two weeks) and constantly following up, I finally get given a quote of R1200 to fix the phone and decline the quote because of the high amount. I don't receive any notice the handset is ready to collect and only find out upon calling it's ready for collection. When I arrive there I ask them to do the millionth software upgrade since the phone was always hanging anyway. They inform me that it will take them 2-4 hours when Blackberry across tells me it will take 30 mins. I take it to the Blackbery store and my phone no longer accepts software. I go back to Vodacom who rudely (Andre) tell me they won't give me a loan phone when I spend quite a lot with them! Had to fight again for one! Stuck with freezing phone and no service
