Vodacom
Damaging of goods, not accepting responsibility

On 21/07/2013 I handed in my phone due to a app that kept keeping my phone freeze. I received an sms on 23/07/2013 job (nr 9053277-56152255) that the handset was ready for collection as they only did a "software update". When i went to collect the phone the screen all of sudden did not work (which worked when the lady worked on the phone when i handed it in the first time, this should be on camera as they have cameras pointed at the counter). Without leaving the shop I had it rebooked the same time. I received another sms to come and collect the phone and was told the handset was "water-damaged". Now how the *($^ can you take in my phone, do a software update and all of a sudden it has been water damage. Now im being sent from pillar to post and no one can give me a answer. Trying to get hold of the manager is useless as he is never availble. This is useless as no one is getting back to me from VODACOM
