Cell c is incompetent

Cell c do not know how to treat their loyal customers,
Their customer services are incompetent; I phoned them in Feb this year to advise them that I will not be paying them through a monthly debit as I have changed banks and I would prefer depositing the money into their account, the agent said that this would be okay but they still debited my old account which had no money in it, I phoned in again to ask why they did this and the agent that I spoke to said that they do not have the options for me to deposit the money into their account, I asked the agent as to why the other agent told me that I would be able to do this and he just told me that it cannot be but he did not answer my question, I did not make a fuss about this but at the beginning of august I called them to give them my new banking details to debit my account and the agent said that they will start debiting my account from September...
