DEBITS, INCORRECT INFO FROM AGENTS

IM VERY UPSET AND ANGRY AT THE SERVICES I RECEIVED FROM CELLC PEOPLE THAT GET TRAINED DON'T NO THEIR PROCESS AT ALL,

I CALLED THE CALL CENT RE OVER 4 TIMES LAST WEEK, AGENTS GOT NO WAY OF TALKING TO CUSTOMERS AND ASSIST WITH INCORRECT INFO,
I CALLED TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS SO MY DEBIT CAN GO OFF LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, THE AGENT DIDNT INFORM ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 30 DAYS FOR A NEW BANKING DETAILS TO COME INTO EFFECT, CALLED THE 30TH OF JULY TO CONFIRM IF THE DEBIT WENT OFF, AGENT SAID THAT THEIR LAST DAY OF THE MONTH IS THE 31ST, CALLED THE 31ST FOR THE DEBIT TO GO OFF, AGENT THEN ADVISED ME THAT IT WILL GO OFF IN THE CAUSE OF THE DAY, DAY AND NIGHT NO CONFIRMED FROM MY BANK, CALLED THE 01/08/2013 ANOTHER AGENT ADVISED ME THAT I CAN GO INTO A NED BANK AND MAKE A MANUAL PAYMENT BECAUSE CELL C HAS A 30 DAYS PROCESS IF CHANGE OF ACCOUNT NUMBER, I WENT TO THE BANK AND MADE THE MANUAL PAYMENT OF R200.00 WHICH THE AGENT ADVISED ME, CALLED THE CALL CENT RE SAME DAY PROVIDED THE REF NUMBER A AGENT OPEN UP MY LINE, 02/08/2013, CELL C DEBITS MY BANKING ACCOUNT OF R200.00 WHAT THE I WANT MY MONEY, CELLC GOES IN MY ACCOUNT WHEN THEIR WANT IM VERY ANGRY! I WANT MY MONEY
