Great Customer Service

Today I was called by a call centre agent Marcell who told me that my account was in arrears, I asked her how much was outstanding and from which account they debited my account, she said R599 and Capitec bank, I was quit furious with cell c as from the start of this new contract I have had endless problems with them, when I signed up I had given them my FNB account details but they still trying to debit an account that is no longer in use. I had 2 people call me prior to this confirming that the account is sorted out but evidently it was not!
Shortly after I spoke to Marcell I phoned in and spoke to Lungile who gave me excellent customer service, she went the extra mile to sort out my problem herself considering her manager/team leader was busy. She reconnected my line as she took the time to go through my account and saw that it was not my fault. She also picked up that Cell C had billed me incorrectly, something no one else saw had called in to query why my bill was so high and the agent said that I had made calls for that amt but in actual fact those were charges for reconnecting and disconnecting!
