Cell C ILLEGALLY debiting from my account!

I have a laptop/data contract with cell c, last year i requested my payment account details be changed (from capitec to absa) this was then completed as per my request (or so i thought). Upon depositing money into my capitec account last month Cell C nicely helped themselves to an amount of R3551.60. I then called cell c and was told that my account was handed over, my number was issued to someone else, they cant do anything about my data that i am suppose to receive and the amount debited was for the whole contract. Apparently i was contacted on an 079 number which i dont have as my cell number is also with cellc! When a follow up call was made and the agent heard my baby in the background and rudely told me to take my baby away as she cannot hear what I was saying. I was extremely upset as she was arguing with me at that point and I then asked her to have a manager call me. Someone by the name Ruben called me and at the time i could not speak i asked him to call back in half an hour, i still haven't received a call back and its now 3 weeks later. I am shocked for the nerve they had to debit my account because of there error and now they clearly do not intend to solve it!
