In December, due to problems with my billing, I changed from an open line contract to a top up. Cell C went and changed my banking details to a closed account which obviously caused the debit order to bounce. After numerous phone calls, emails, sms's etc and an email response from Cell C stating that arrangements have been made for the debit order to go off on the 25th, I still get an sms today suspending my services!!! this is absolutely ridiculous and everytime I speak to a call centre agent, the one is more incompetent and unable to assist than the next. I have ever experienced such horrible customer service, especially if the problem is from their side in the first place. I also have not recieved any apology from Cell C for their mistake by debiting a bank account that has been inactive for over a year. i mean how do they change my banking details from FNB to Standard bank when they have been debiting my FNB account for this long. I would defnitely NOT recommend Cell C to anyone.
