In July i phoned to provide my new banking details - at the time the agent I spoke to indicated that it is late for the July debit but the August debit would come out of my Nedbank account.
I am disappointed that the debit has not come out of my Nedbank account in August, where I had made provision for the bill - as a result my account is not paid.
I am not sure how I can trust your word if I can't rely on the agent I contact at your contact centre.
