On 18th August 2013 I requested an upgrade of my contract @ your store and was told by your consultant Gino Cell 082 757 5930 that he would prepare all documentation and procure the requested unit, a Nokia Lumia 920 on a Smart M package as stock of the unit would be available within 5 days.
After numerous unsuccessful phone calls to contact him I visited your branch on the 31st August only to be told that the unit is no longer available and that Gino was not available as he was stationed elsewhere.
I have been a customer of Cellucity for more than 10 yrs and this is the 1st time that I have been treated in this manner. In my opinion the attitude of your staff is not condusive to good business as I was not offered an apology nor an alternative but rather shoved in the direction of your competitors by their lack of interest shown to my predicament.
I hereby humbly request that my chosen unit be sourced and my original request for the upgrade be honoured.
